Since 2003 I have been rooted in Burgundy, because the area appealed to us very much and also the local products. Since then I have also started to study more about what nature had to offer us here. And I have followed several medical and botanical courses to underpin my knowledge in order to safely enter the creative process.

I organize various cooking workshops with themes such as the cuisine of Burgundy, or for the kitchens of other regions in France, but my greatest passion is cooking with wild herbs and aromatic plants. In addition, you can also attend workshops  cosmetics on a natural basis and workshops for applications with medicinal plants. I also organize walks with tastings and (multi-day) trips with these themes.

As a guideline for the prices you can think of:

a walk wild edible plants with small tasting for 7.50 euros per person.

A cooking workshop ( a minimum 3 course dinner, with drinks) for 40 euros per person (maximum 6 persons). People who do not want to cook, can eat with us for 25 euros.

If you want to organise something for several days, we will discuss the programme and price individually.

You can also stay overnight with us. We have a number of gites available and in our village is also a hotel.
